The launch of ‘Kick Out The Can,’ a major sustainability initiative from Crown Paints, which saw members of the public being able to return their unwanted paint tins for recycling and any leftover paint reprocessed and donated to good causes nationwide.
What we delivered:
Awareness of the campaign was raised from extensive coverage across national, local and trade titles. This was supported by a video explaining the initiative.
Driving public awareness was crucial and more than 200 articles of press coverage meant the campaign led to thousands of tins of paint being returned for recycling. The reused paint was then donated to good causes and case studies were produced to promote this. We also used the video and press content in a series of successful award entries.
