Innsbruck Tourismus features on InTheSnow promoting the two new Gondolas for Innsbruck Ski areas


Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol, operates one of the largest ski pass regions in Europe by combining nine ski areas located around the city and which together offer 300km of groomed slopes served by 90 lifts on to one Olympia SkiWorld  lift ticket, which also includes public transport between the city and the ski areas.

This year two of these areas have announced they’ll be unveiling new gondola lifts this winter a state-of-the-art lift with 10 seat cabins at Igls, and another new gondola with 8 passenger cabins at Rangger Köpfl.
